Deputy Head of Pre-Prep

We are seeking a Deputy Head of Pre-Prep to support the Head of Pre-Prep to ensure the vision and values of the department are clearly articulated, shared, understood and acted upon effectively by all Pre-Prep staff.

The role is to provide strategic vision and leadership in consultation with the Head of Pre-Prep, so that the high standards of pastoral care and education is maintained.
