As if the National Championships weren't enough excitement for half term, our younger riders were also out competing and sailed through the Grass Roots Qualifier to place Team 1st in the 60cm and 70cm classes, and Team 2nd in the 40cm class; qualifying for the championships at Hickstead next year. Many congratulations to the teams:
40cm - Barnaby C, Wilbur W, Thea A, Matilda M and Poppy E.
60cm and 70cm - Emma E, Annabel J and Tara B
Congratulations also go to those who were placed individually, including Erin C who jumped a lovely clear and won her class.
Being on the Equestrian Team is not all about the riding though, its also about learning how to look after horses and riding kit. So, back at School, the team came together for a thorough tack cleaning session and a chance to relive some of their recent achievements. Well done to them all.
