Pupils at Vinehall have the opportunity to practise Mindfulness in Life Skills lessons, which begin with a calm, meditative session to help the children focus their minds in preparation for learning. These sessions help them learn strategies that can be used at other times in their day and gives them tools for later life.

Children can also attend longer Mindfulness sessions to provide them with a quiet place to be in the middle of a busy day.  Some of our staff also love these break time sessions!
