Weekends at Vinehall are a mixture of rest and play. On Saturday afternoons and Sundays there are activities or trips. Sports matches occasionally take place on a Saturday afternoon and boarders parents are welcome to visit. Activities and trips are varied and we try to include something for everyone.
Saturday nights are usually movie nights, with a choice of film and tuck.
Sundays are a relaxed day, starting with a ‘lie in’ until 9am, following by ‘PJ breakfast’. After breakfast boarders attend a short chapel service where they take turns to read the lesson with the Headmaster, Mr Powis.
After Chapel Sundays are a mixture of free time and a planned outing. In the evening all the boarders write a letter to a member of their family.
By Sunday evening all boarders will have had the opportunity to ensure all prep is up to date.
