While the pool is having essential work carried out, we have been having fun teaching the Pre-Prep to Year 5 children “dry” swimming (no towel required!)

We have been starting with a warm-up with gentle stretching, followed by speed and stamina building, including swimming stroke technique and practice, finishing with a cool down and breathing exercises. We have also been learning about pool safety and self-rescue, all in preparation for our eagerly awaited return to “wet” swimming!
