Vinehall Venturers got off to an enthusiastic start on Tuesday. With the scorching temperatures, we attempted to make some camp ice cream – with varying degrees of success!  The process involves cooling a carefully measured and mixed ice-cream recipe with salted ice cubes to lower the temperature. Learning to be gentle when shaking the bags to avoid mixing of the liquids was tricky, but a few managed to get to the final ice cream reward.
