Nursery and Kindergarten children were busy bees last Friday when they created the most spectacular May Day crowns; they also danced around their home-made Maypoles – what a great effort everyone!
This week we shared another story by Vivian French, ‘Oliver’s Fruit Salad’. There were many challenges set, one of them being to find out how much juice could be squeezed out of fruit and being brave by tasting new fruits, just like our Pre-Prep Pal Maisie Monkey! All the juices looked delicious and some great combinations were discovered!
The children learnt about how crops are taken from farms and transported to the markets/shops and where in the world different fruits grow. Well done Nell for finding your tractor to help the farmer take his fruit and vegetables to the market!
We are all so proud of each and every one of you; keep smiling, be happy and always try your best!
