After a very moving and enjoyable Leavers’ Service on Sunday, 29th June, Vinehall welcomed its Vines to share lunch in the garden at their alma mater.  Some ‘old boys’ also took part in the annual cricket match versus the Headmaster’s XI.  It was a glorious day for the school fete and the Friends of Vinehall excelled themselves.  The marquee was beautifully decorated, serving delicious refreshments and there were displays of gymnastics and archery, music from the brass band and flute group, lots of games and innovative stalls and a very successful silent auction.  A packed crowd enjoyed a wonderful afternoon whilst at the same time raising funds for the school, as well as the charities Rwanda Aid and The Fellowship of St Nicholas Church.
